HOW DOES IT GO ?

★ GENERAL

✧ You are buying a digital file, not a print.

✧ All drawings (except for commercial use) will have a discreet signature that you will not be able to erase.

✧ Please give me visual references (draft, photo, examples, reference sheet, drawing, etc.), I will not draw from a simple description. If I have to design something, a fee will be added.

✧ As an artist, my work is constantly evolving, there may be minor differences between my gallery and the drawing you will receive, I will do my best to meet your expectations!

✧ Exchanges will be strictly by messages. No voice calls.

✧ You can ask my opinion on your idea, but the brainstorming about what you want has to be on your end.

✧ I reserve the right to refuse a commission. If the order is confirmed, I will add you to my waiting list! 

✧ English isn't my first language ! Make sure to avoid using too many abbreviations or slang so I can understand you easily.

★ COMMERCIAL USE

✧ Commissions paid at the regular price are for personal use only. Any commercial use is prohibited. If commercial use is desired, please contact me first.

✧ Price multiplied, if the illustration is not the major part of the product (ex: promotion, CD cover, image for marketed game, etc.)
✧ Price multiplied, if the illustration is the major part of the product (ex: bodypillow, bookmarks, notebooks, postcards, goods, etc.)
✧ Twitch subscriber badges and emotes are already priced for commercial use: see prices.

★ PAYMENT
 

✧ To avoid waiting times, I will not charge you until I am ready to start your drawing.
✧ Please wait until I accept and confirm your commission before sending me any payment.
✧ I only accept payments in Euro, you can pay via Paypal, or propose another method (I'll tell you if it's possible).
✧ Two payment methods are available:

• Direct payment

• Payment in two installments (50% direct payment and the remaining 50% once the sketch is approved)

✧ Any payment incident will lead to cancellation of the commission. The commission will only be started after the receipt of a first payment.

★ PROCESS & REVISIONS
 

✧ Once the commission has been paid (or 50% paid), I will start the sketch of the drawing as soon as possible in order to check if everything is right for you. I will only continue when you give me your confirmation.

✧ Once the sketch is approved, no changes (except slight details) on the structure of the drawing, nor any refund will be allowed.

✧ During my work, I will regularly send you screenshots to make sure everything is good (sketch, line, colors ...).

✧ Fees will be added if you want to change something on the final drawing, unless I make a mistake. Be careful to be clear in your references!

★ DELIVERY
 

✧ The time that the commission takes me can vary from a week to a few months depending on the complexity and my availability, I will estimate the time according to your request. If something slows down the process, I will let you know.

✧ If you have a deadline, let me know in your request, I will tell you if I can finish the drawing on time.
✧ You will always receive your order in high resolution (if you want a particular format and resolution, let me know).
✧ You can use or share your commission, crediting me is appreciated.

★ COPYRIGHT & USE
 

✧ I own the copyright of the drawing, I can:

• Use it and post it wherever I want. (If you wish, this can be discussed)

✧ The buyer is authorized to:

• Use the commission for personal use and post it anywhere, unless decided otherwise.

• Print the drawing and proclaim the character as theirs (if the case is), but not the drawing itself.

• Use the drawing to promote themselves or use it in monetized videos, as long as the drawing itself is not the source of gain.

✧ The following things are considered copyright infringement:

• Reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without authorization.

• Pretend the drawing is yours.

• Erase my signature from the drawing.

• Use the art to train an IA or as an NFTs.

★ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
 

✧ I will do my best to satisfy the customer.

✧ If you have any problem with the commission, tell me so we can find a solution together.

✧ I can change certain conditions set out here if you ask before I start.

★ REFUND & CANCELLATION

✧ If for some reason I can't finally start your commission, you will receive a refund.

✧ I will only be able to refund the amount received, PayPal charges a fee.

✧ If you want to cancel your order and get a refund, let me know so we can discuss it.
✧ If you decide to cancel at a stage where I have only done the sketch, or just started the clean line, you will be refunded 50%, after this stage, there will be no more refunds possible.

✧ If you fraudulently request a refund from PayPal when it is not authorized, you will lose all rights mentioned above. I will decline the refund request and inform PayPal of our conversation, highlighting that I have completed the work for you. You will no longer be able to commission me.
