INFO & TERMS OF SERVICE

★ GENERAL

✧ Commissions paid at normal price are for personal use only .
Any commercial use is prohibited. If commercial use is desired, the price will be discussed again.

✧ All drawings (Except for commercial uses) will have a signature that you cannot erase.
✧ Please give me visual references (sketch, picture, moodboard, reference sheet, drawing, etc.), I will not draw from a simple description.

✧ Depending on your request, you may be asked for an extra if I consider the request complex.

✧ I reserve the right to refuse a commission.

 

★ COMMERCIAL USE

​

✧ Price multiplied, if the illustration is not the major part of the product (ex: promotion, CD cover, image for marketed game, etc.)
✧ Price multiplied, if the illustration is the major part of the product (ex: bodypillow, bookmarks, notebooks, postcards, goods, etc.)
✧ Twitch subscriber badges and emotes are for commercial use: see prices.

★ PAYMENT
 

✧ To avoid waiting times, I will not charge you until I am ready to start your drawing. If I can't, I'll put you on the waiting list and I will notify you when I can take your order.
✧ Please wait until I accept and confirm your commission before sending me any payment.
✧ I only accept payments in Euro, you can pay via Paypal, bank transfers, or propose another method (I'll tell you if it's possible).
✧ Two payment methods are available:

• Direct payment

• Payment in two installments (50% direct payment and the remaining 50% once the sketch is approved)

✧ Any payment incident will lead to cancellation of the commission. The commission will only be started after the receipt of a first payment.

 

★ PROCESS AND DELIVERY
 

✧ Once the commission has been paid (or 50% paid), I will start the sketch of the drawing as soon as possible in order to check if everything is right for you. I will only continue when you give me your confirmation.
✧ No modification (except slight details), nor any refund will be authorized following this validation.

✧ During my work, I will regularly send you screenshots to make sure everything is good.
✧ The time that the commission takes me can vary from a week to a few months depending on the complexity and my availability, I will estimate the time according to your request. If anything slows the process down, I'll let you know.

✧ If you have a deadline, let me know before commissioning me, I will tell you if I can finish the drawing on time.
✧ You will always receive the final piece in high resolution (if you want a particular format, let me know).
Note that nothing is physically sent.
✧ You can use or share your commission, crediting me is appreciated.

 

★ REVISIONS
 

✧ Fees will be added if you want some change on the final drawing, unless I made a mistake.

★ COPYRIGHT & USE
 

✧ I own the copyright of the drawing, I can:

• Use it and post it wherever I want. (If you wish, this can be discussed)

✧ The buyer is authorized to:

• Use the commission for personal use and post it anywhere, unless decided otherwise.

• Print the drawing and proclaim the character as theirs (if the case is), but not the drawing itself.

• Use the drawing to promote themselves or use it in monetized videos, as long as the drawing itself is not the source of gain.

✧ The following things are considered copyright infringement:

• Reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without authorization.

• Pretend the drawing is yours.

• Erase my signature from the drawing.

• Use the art to train an IA or as an NFTs.

  

★ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
 

✧ I will do my best to satisfy the customer.

✧ If you have any problem with the commission, tell me so we can find a solution together.

✧ I can change certain conditions set out here if you ask before I start.

 

★ REFUND & CANCELLATION

 

✧ The buyer is not authorized to get a refund once I have started working on the commission. 
✧ 50% refund is ONLY possible if you decide to cancel at a stage where I only have done the sketch, or just started the lineart.

✧ If for some reason I cannot start your commission, you will receive a refund.

✧ If you wish to cancel your commission before I have started it, let me know, you can be refunded. I'll send the money back to you myself. (I would only be able to refund the amount received, if PayPal takes charges)

✧ If you fraudulently request a refund from Paypal when it's not authorized, you will lose all rights mentioned above. I would decline the refund request and share our conversation with Paypal, highlighting that I have completed the work for you. You will no longer be able to commission me.
